There was a lack of communication and assistance from the staff, particularly when it came to issues such as car parking and blocked access.

Clean, central hotel with helpful staff. AC in rooms and free parking available. Good value for money. Well-tempered rooms, comfortable beds, and great bathrooms. Friendly people and reliable wifi. Looking forward to my next stay.
